Ross Candidates

Jeein Shim

Jeein is a sophomore at the Business school, with a focus in Finance, from Los Angeles California. On campus Jeein is a member of TAMID Group and serves as the VP of Green Wolverines, a student organization centered on acquiring knowledge related to fully legal business opportunities in the cannabis industry. As well, she is a sister at Tri-Delt. If elected, Jeein is excited about increasing mental health resources for students and making more University space available for less costs for student organizations.

Matthew Jaysen

Matthew is sophomore at the Ross School of Business, doing an additional educational focus in Film and Television (FTVM). Currently on campus, he is involved in M-Flicks, Enactus, Greek life, and much more. If elected, he is excited to work towards lowering textbook costs, making it easier to vote for the 2020 election, and diversifying the networking events and speakers in Ross to appeal to students who are looking to enter less common fields such as Entertainment, Hospitality, Human Resources, etc.

Neat Bhutada (write in)

Neeti is a sophomore at Ross from Tampa, FL. In Ross, she is focusing on the intersection of strategic management and public policy, hopping to one day work in the healthcare consulting or policy space. On campus, Neeti is involved in the Michigan Daily, Roosevelt Institute and Michigan Innovative Marketing. If elected, she hopes to work on expanding mental health initiatives on campus and foster a more inclusive environment.
